The Indian Space Research Organization #ISRO is gearing up to launch the second satellite in the Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System#IRNSS. The IRNSS 1B spacecraft is set for launch atop a Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle flying in its XL configuration to deliver the satellite to Geosynchronous Transfer Orbit. Liftoff from Pad 1 at the Satish Dhawan Space Center is planned for the Week of March 31.
